Batch Upload Filament via CSV#667

The Issue: Migrating a large, existing inventory of filament into SimplyPrint manually one-by-one is tedious and time-consuming.

The Suggestion: Allow users to download a standard CSV template to fill out and bulk-import their entire filament library (including attributes like brand, material, color, and starting weight) in a single upload.
