Bulk import filament#380

Be able to upload a CSV for things like adding filament types/spools in bulk, or importing profiles from slicers. I just switched and have a lot of settings and materials to bring over, and if I ever get my day job to switch over, will have over 100 mats and several times that in printer profiles
