✨ New features

Control who can download files - A new "Download files" permission lets a role view, slice and print files other members uploaded without being able to download them, from the queue, the file library or print history. Every existing role keeps downloading until you untick it. For a full lockdown, also untick "Preview others' files", and other members' files never reach the browser at all - no 3D or G-code preview, no slicer - while already-sliced files still print. No permission can stop someone who can print a file from copying it, so read what these do and don't cover.
Add members to other locations - Enterprise accounts with Locations can add members to other locations straight from the Users table, one at a time or in bulk. Each member gets the role with the same name in each location, and seat limits are respected.
Activate locations later - Enterprise locations can be created inactive and activated whenever you are ready from Locations, billed like adding a new one.

🚀 Improvements

Printers under maintenance stay blocked - A printer with a maintenance job in progress now refuses a print from every route - the panel, the queue, AutoPrint, display screens, staggered starts and the API - and shows as blocked on its card. Starting anyway takes the new "Allow starting prints during maintenance" permission, given to every role that already manages maintenance. The queue timeline plans around blocked printers too.

Fixed "Upload & Parse" doing nothing when importing a CSV of users, filament, print history or dashboards, with retries ending in "Too many attempts".
Fixed importing a default role failing with "Invalid permissions", and Enterprise accounts seeing no default roles to import.
Fixed paying for an Enterprise location sometimes ending in an error and leaving it inactive.
Fixed the Usage page of an Enterprise organization showing a huge printer pool instead of the printers in use.
Fixed automatic maintenance jobs and overdue notices never being created on accounts that get Maintenance through a custom plan or add-on.
Fixed the maintenance notification checkboxes showing no labels, and saving maintenance task instructions failing.
Fixed links in some emails, like the trial-ending reminder, showing as raw HTML.
