Print history export limited to 5000 records#908

It looks like the print history export is limited to 5000 records, regardless of what time frame is selected. That’s about what we’re doing every month, and we haven’t even come close to our busiest time. I typically download data a few times a year. Can this limit be increased (or removed)?

I could imagine automating this so I could automatically pull data every week or so, but would have to deal with authentication, etc… Thanks!

I can see that we indeed have an export limit of 5,000 rows, which, back when we set it, we thought was a lot. I have upped this now to 50,000. Depart, no matter what time frame you selected, it only wanted to take the first 5,000 records. If I understand that right, it appears to be a bug so that is also fixed. It will be live later today or tomorrow :) just a quick tip: you can always use our API as well. Here you can fetch print jobs and more and maybe even get a little bit more data than you get via the CSV export.
