Non-standard Print bed shapes#906

One of my printers has a non standard bed shape, in orcaslicer i can import an stl for this but simplyprint does not support this. You should be able to make custom shaped for the print surface

Hi VEX ROBOTICS - thanks for the suggestion! There are some settings - such as this - that we have not chosen (yet, at least!) to add in our online slicer; mind elaborating on the use case? What scenario would this be beneficial? We do not have any printers on our compatibility list that are not either a rectangle, round or a belt (https://simplyprint.io/compatibility), and the slicer works in unison with the platform and its compatibility list, so you’re not just slicing for a printer, but the printer that you wanna slice for.

Curious to hear why this is needed - if there’s a good reason I’m just not seeing, we’ll definitely consider it!
