assign slicer selectable materias to groups#869

the ability to limit what materials a user group can slice with, e.g. ‘Group A’ can only slice pla, ‘Group B’ can slice pla, petg and asa etc.

To add to this, the ability to select what slicer profiles are visible per group would also be nice. e.g. basic users have one profile for the only type of thing they ever need to print, whereas advanced users can have more differing options available for differing usecases. this would compliment the material selection limitations nicely.
