Adjust Kiosk Login Settings for Community Makerspaces and Schools#864

Add a Login button for existing users accessing the Hub through a public kiosk, and increase time before logging the user out. (Or make that adjustable on the back end.)
(Selecting a printer or the queue button is not as inviting as the big blue button that says Create New User, which we do not use.)
