"Replace" or "Overwrite" capability for G-code files.#797

Currently, if we make a minor revision to a model, we have to upload the new file and delete the old one. This completely resets any specific printer assignments, custom tags, or settings configured on that file. Furthermore, it breaks the connection to the print history for that specific model.

Allowing us to replace the underlying G-code file while keeping the file entry intact would preserve all tags, printer settings, and historical print data seamlessly.
