Add Biqu Cryogrip Pro Frostbite and Glacier (or generic cold bed)#789

There are no spring steel cold print bed options. I’m not sure what generic option to choose. These are widely available at MicroCenter and presumably used by many folks.

For what printer? We have Cryogrip Frostbite and Glacier, but maybe not enabled for all brands.

For Ender-3 S1 Pro if possible. Thank you. 🙏
