I really like the cloud slicer, especially because it works well on phones and Chromebooks. My only concern is the monthly free limit. Instead of making users wait 30 days after reaching the limit or forcing an upgrade right away, it would be helpful to have more flexible options like:
A smaller daily reset (for example 1–2 slices per day)
Pay-as-you-go extra slices for occasional use
Earn extra slices by watching ads or completing community actions
A rollover system where unused slices carry into the next month
A low-cost mini plan for casual hobby users who don’t need unlimited slicing
This would make the platform more accessible for casual users while still supporting your server costs.”

This is exactly why we very recently introduced the “Just one tool” plans, one of them being the “Cloud Slicer”. Allows for unlimited slicing for just $4.99/mo, or $3.99/mo billed annually. We would not be able to go lower than that I’m afraid, and we do already think it’s a quite good deal. We’re not interested in running ads and fees from payment providers eat away any and all possibly margins at low “pay-as-you-go” levels, which would mean we’d have to allow you to “Add a balance” and set a minimum of ~$5 - which would then be as much as the subscription cost. We’ve thought about every solution, but the only one that is viable for us is the one we’re running now, and in this suggestion box we do not wish users to get false hope when us developers know it to not be feasible or in the interest of the company.
I’m glad you like our slicer though, and thanks for taking the time to voice your opinion and leave a suggestion! :)
