Standard print notification settings for user groups#763

The possibility to set standard print notification settings for different user groups. For example: Notified via email if pause of print, filament runout, print cancel… Currently there are no notification preferences specified for users (they don’t get any notifications if they don’t activate it themselfes) and the notification dropdown easily gets missed if there is a big blue “start print” button below it😅. Furthermore the “Save for next time” should always be applied, not just at the press of a button at the bottom of the list.
