Notification on first layer complete#757

An option to enable a notification on completion of the first layer. It could be included in the job timeline with an image taken, too.

Additionally, perhaps an option to send a notification after the first N layers are complete, such as after the first 3 layers.

This will allow users to check in on the first layer (or whatever number of layers are specified) to ensure a good start to the print.
