If the local print server disconnects (e.g., the host PC shuts down or loses power) during an active print, SimplyPrint loses the print’s current status. When the server comes back online, the system automatically pushes those prints back into the queue. There needs to be a manual override feature to tell the system “this print actually finished” (or failed) so it can be cleared out appropriately without having to manually delete it from the queue and lose the print data. A Bulk button per group & farm would be good for this. This helps analytics keep on track too.
