Make webcam view on dashboard a default option#720

I’d like my printer dashboard to show webcams by default. I can click it on, but I’d prefer it was “sticky” so it would stay when I navigate there and back. I’d also like this view on iOS app if possible

Added as an option. Web-only for now, but mobile is coming too.
