Farmloop file processing on demand#706

Currently, FarmLoop processing can only be done while uploading the file. It would be great if it could also be done later for files that have already been uploaded to SP.

We are changing the way we do post-processing soon to be on-demand on our backend rather on upload, the current approach is a work-around at best.
