Dropdown Color Option#672

When slicing a print it would be nice to have the option to see the colors as a dropdown list instead of just the color swatches. Also, have a setting for admin to remove the default colors

Yes, please let us remove default colors! I am a very small shop, and I only need one blue, one green, etc. Ideally I could remove colors from the filament brand databases as well, but just being able to whittle down my default colors would be huge.
