Custom Rename Nozzles and Extruders#632

Rename Nozzles and Extruders to be able to easily identify which AMS slot is for which. For example we have an H2D with dual nozzles so labeling the nozzle left and right would help us easily identify instead of the current ‘Nozzle 1’ & ‘Nozzle 2’

Just a little comment on this from a technical perspective, so take it with a grain of enginering salt :)

The way the nozzles work in SimplyPrint, and the way the nozzles work in Bambu is actually a bit odd, they count them the opposite way so Nozzle 1 is actually nr. 2 (left) and Nozzle 2 is nr. 1 (right). I think as a cosmetic per model setting it is possible, not sure it makes sense to make it user-definable, but perhaps for more complex machines like the Prusa XL it is a nice feature to mark the functionality of certain toolheads.
