Dedicated Maintenance Tab#595

It would be nice to have a dedicated maintenance Tab, giving you the ability to have reminders set to conduct regular printer maintenance, and a more intuitive way to logging everything other than just leaving notes in each printer.

It would be cool to toggle pre-made reminders, like cleaning lead screws, blowing out enclosure, cleaning extruder gears etc etc.
