H2C Support#560

Support for the new H2C printer from Bambu. Currently only H2D and H2S are supported.

Would love this! Happy to contribute in some way with debug logs, or whatever.

A little note (and status update) on our current H2C support.

The H2C is listed as supported, and can be connected seemlessly using our Bambu Lab client, same as the H2D. The primary missing functionality is the “nozzle mapping” that the printer supports, associating an AMS slot with a target nozzle.

I believe the default behavior works well enough for most use cases, but it appears a bit akward with 4-5 empty nozzle slots in SimplyPrint as seen in the picture (courtesy of a user).

In SimplyPrint when you start the print, you have to select one of the two “nozzles” here, but the difference is a nozzle in SimplyPrint is a “tool” rather than one of the swapable nozzles bambu has for the second tool, aka. the right nozzle.
