Printer Issue & Changes Log#52

Maybe expand on the printer out of service to add a log which includes dates of issues and then changes / troubleshooting steps taken to fix the issues. This creates a mainteannce type log for the printers.

This is indeed planned 🙌 we look forward to adding it
